Am I the only person around that got severely paranoid when I learned that the signature line on our checks (the ones we write to pay our bills) is not actually a line, but micro-printing? The other lines, the ones for date, pay to, pay amount, and memo - are actual
lines, but the signature "line" isn't really a line, but micro-printing so tiny I couldn't read it with my magnifying glass.
I tried scanning it (now that my stupid scanner is working on occasion,) and enlarging the image in Photo Shop, but the background pattern prevents clear observation.
