This is very popular at baby showers.
Spread a large microwavable serving dish or glass pie plate with 80z low fat cream cheese. This will be the diaper.
On top of the diaper, spread a can of chili, beef and bean or whatever. Don't spread it all the way to the edges, you want the ends of the diaper still showing.
On top of the chili, sprinkle some jack cheese and a little black pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap & Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Open bag of tortilla chips (Santitas, Tostitos) and place in microwave for 30-40 seconds on high, until chips are nice and warm.
Loosen the wrap over edges of dip and microwave on medium for 2 minutes. Let sit one minute. Microwave on high for another minute or two until you can smell the chili and the sides are bubbling up and cheese melted.
Dip chips in poop dip and enjoy.
