Fried Pickels

 

Dill pickle slices

Salt

Pepper

1 egg

8 oz. milk

5-6 drops tabasco sauce

1 T Worchershire sauce

1 T flour

2 C flour

 

Mix egg, milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 T flour in bowl.  Add salt and pepper to taste and 2 C flour in another bowl. Dip pickles in egg mixture, then dip in flour mixture, again  in egg mixture, and again in flour.  Drop in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
