Cheesecake recipe

 

18 graham crackers

1/4 pound butter

3 large packages cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

1 tsp lemon

 

Make the crust for the bottom of the cheesecake pan using the graham crackers and butter. 

Mix other ingredients and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Cool

 

1 pint sour cream

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

 

spoon over cake bake at 420 for 7 minutes
