What happened to that recipe? I could have sworn I saw it here a few weeks ago.

Finnies mac&cheese

Preheat oven to 350

(this will make a casserole pan size or somewhat larger)

16 oz box elbow macaroni
1/2 a box of velveeta cheese
1 stick of butter
1 medium onion (Slice & dice)
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook the macaroni as stated on the box

Cut the velveeta cheese into chunks, set aside.
In a pan melt the butter over low heat, add the onions salt & pepper, saute until the onions are soft. stir in the flour until smooth add the milk, heat until boiling.
slowly add the cheese, stir until melted. (I always leave a couple chunky to melt in the pan for the yummy effect)

cook in a casserole dish or a aluminum pan for 20 to 25 minutes.

Onions can be left out for those who don't like them.

for less of the recipe, same directions but use.

7 oz box of elbow mac.
small box velveeta cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 stick of butter
med onion
salt & pepper

Dumb Audrey bought fake Kroger store-brand Velveeta.   I don't think it's gonna turn out like fins version.
