Today's Scripture *December 23, 2008*
John 1: 34
I saw this happen to Jesus so I testify that he is the Son of God.
John the Baptist's job was to point people to Jesus, their long-awaited Messiah.
Today people are looking for someone to give them security in an insecure world.
Our job is to point them to Christ and to show that He is the one whom they seek!
Tell people about the Christ you have relationship with. That tiny baby in a manger 2000 years ago, is today your Savior, Redeemer, Creator, Friend, Counselor, and Messiah.
Thank You Jesus for coming and showing us the way to eternity!
May we point others to You when they hurt, feel alone, and afraid.
You are the answer! May we speak boldly about our love for You, Jesus Christ, the Messiah!
