Almost everyone will at one time or another, get a headache.
While there are loads of reasons why people get headaches,
and the ways they deal with them and try to get rid of them,
here are a few tips that may help stop them in their tracks
before they become unbearable...

If you work in an office or work on a computer in your own home
for extended periods of time, look away from the screen every
15 minutes. Just shifting your eyes to something in the distance
in that time can lessen headache producing eyestrain...

Dehydration is a major cause of headaches. Make sure you hydrate
yourself often, even if you don't feel thirsty. If you find yourself
thirsty, there's a good chance you are already starting to dehydryate...

Instead of grabbing the acetaminophen when you get a headache,
rub a drop of peppermint oil on your temples...

Taking ibuprofen five days before your period is scheduled to
arrive helps prevent PMS related headaches...

Aspartame in diet foods and drinks as well as MSG in foods
are definitely linked to headaches. Try to avoid them by
paying closer attention to labels when shopping...
