So many people have trouble calming down after a long day at
work, a long day with the kids, (nahhhhh say it isn't so), or
plain just "because"....This bath remedy will soothe, calm, and
relax you so that a good night's sleep will follow and leave
you rested......

Mix one cup of Epsom salts with 3 drops of lavender oil in
a warm bath. The Epsom salts will relax muscles and the
Lavender oil will induce sleep. This is great to use on babies
that might be a little fussy and need an added incentive to go
to sleep...

Total all-over skin softener...

Warm 1/2 cup of canned, unsweetened, coconut milk in the
microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey.
Massage the mixture all over the body, then rinse in warm,
not hot water. (tub or shower). The lactic acid in the
coconut milk exfoliates flakes, the honey hydrates and heals,
and the heat makes the mixture penetrate into the skin better...
