4 links each of the following sausages,
chorizo, linguisa, italian, andouile
4 large peppers , 2 green 1 yellow 1 red
2 large red onions
1 bag bib lettuce mix 1 bag mixed greens (may use whatever these are best)
2 vanilla beans (cannot use extract) use madagascar if you can find them
1 bottle extra virgin olive oil
1 bottle good balsamic vinegar
1 bunch fresh basil
fresh oregano
fresh thyme
2 heads of garlic 1 head red cabbage
salt pepper cherry or grape tomatoes
roast peppers but in bag to cool then peel
roast onions on grill with peppers (this can be done in oven cover with olive oil salt pepper)
4 cups olive oil in pan (take beans cut them open scrape bean into oil put rest of bean in pot)
cook on low do not let boil just barley simmer for 5 hours then let cool
slice up roasted peppers , onions, get garlic out of heads
take lettuce place in bowl, toss in basil , oregano, thyme salt pepper > cover with saran wrap tightly put in fridge over night,
next day grill all sausages, let rest once done
make dressing 1 cup of vanilla bean olive oil, 4 leaves chiffanade of basil, 1tlbspn thyme leaves, 1tblspn garlic 2tblsoregeno
1/2 tblspn of crushed red pepper, salt pepper, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
chopped finely red cabbage like u would do for slaw
add to greens toss
add all the sausages toss
add dressing toss add tommatoes toss
add roasted garlic toss
taste , adjust salt pepper dont overdress
