Creamy Chicken Enchilada's

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts

1 can green chillies

1 lb. sour cream

 2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pkg. cheddar/jack cheese

black olives(optional)

Procedure

poach chicken breasts in waters till done ( boil in water --- or i cook on gerorge foreman grill) , then cut into small pieces.

add green chilies, sour cream, soups, 1/2 package cheeses. mix well. put mixture into tortillasdown the middle then roll,

place seam side down. cover the tortilas with rest of mixture, rest of cheese and black olives (opt.).

bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
