I was walking down the street,

Behind the tall alaska trees, stood a old cabin house.

The windows still intact, barely a crack.

How neatly it was made , who knows

maybe over 50 years ago.

I walked up the steps carefuly, quietly.

The door was closed but no lock.

I knocked if anyone was home, no one answered.

The door creaked , I look in carefuly.

It was dusty everywhere, much of the belongings still

in their respective area.

In the corner a small stand, book and glasses

stood together.

I picked them up gently, as they have aged well.

The glasses matched its own time period as the book as well.

How the book and glasses must have shimmered in its heyday, all new.

As I removed the glasses, the pages seemed well used, very well read.

The Book read:
King James Version 1611

I exclaimed Wow~

I wonder of the person who have read the book,

I am wondering if they have asked Christ into their heart before they

layed themselve down to rest...

Love sissa~
