Calm

The center is calm, peace
The center is light, healing.
The world rages, swirling and harsh
Emotions fly up and down.
I can see nowhere, no direction.
I feel a tug, steady and lightweight.
A string attached to my heart, hand and mind.
Strong and steadfast I cling to it.
Focused on the center, somthing swirls by.
I look away.
The world grabs me swish, out of control.
The string holds firm, steadfast.
I am not LOST.
GOD is my center.
GOD holds firm
FOREVER and ALWAYS!
