Shepherd's Pie
4 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 chopped onion
1-tablespoon fine parsley
1-tablespoon catsup
2 cups cooked meat, diced meat
1-cup hot stock or gravy
1/8-teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cup hot water
2 cups mashed potatoes, seasoned
Salt and pepper to taste
Add tapioca, salt, paprika and pepper to water and gravy. Cook in double boiler 15 minutes or until tapioca is clear, stirring frequently. Add onion, parsley, catsup and meat. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish, spread potatoes over top and bake in moderate oven (350) degrees for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are brown.
