Cranberry-Pear Crisp
2 cups fresh cranberries 2 cups sliced, peeled fresh pears 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter
Mix cranberries and pears in an 8" baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, toss until mixed. In a small bowl blend flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees, 35 to 40 minutes until topping is golden and fruit is tender. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Top each serving with whipped topping, cream, or ice cream.
