GRILLED HERBED POTATOES   
    
  INGREDIENTS:    3 pounds small red potatoes, skinned    1 cup green onions, sliced thinly    4 tablespoons olive oil    3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated    3 tablespoons parsley, chopped    2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped    3 cloves garlic, minced    salt and pepper   
  DIRECTIONS:    Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salt water until    tender. Drain and cool. Preheat grill. Cut potatoes in    half and place in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of    olive oil and toss. Grill potatoes over a medium heat for    5 minutes, turning occasionally. Transfer to bowl. Add    remaining ingredients and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
