Snowing Tutorial
1. Open a New Image: 400x400x72. Flood fill it with a dark color.
2. Add a new Raster Layer.
3. Select your Airbrush for the snow effect. Set your Foreground color using the color white.:#ffffff... Here are the settings for the Airbrush: Shape: Square... Size: 255... Hardness: 95... Opacity: 72... Step: 35... Density: 5
4. Put in the center of your dark colored image canvas.
5. Image... Resize: 200%. NOTE: Uncheck Resize all layers.
6. Delete the colored background layer.
7. Save as a .psp file.
8. To avoid a missing snow spots we will put the snow image on a larger canvas.
9. Open a New Image: 400x400x72... check: Transparent
10. Copy and Paste your smaller then canvas image on it.
11. Open your snow .psp file and copy and paste it over the image.
12. Triple the snow layers and move it down slightly on top of your image canvas, each time for all three layers.
13. Crop them around your image.
14. Go to Animation Shop and open up the Animation Wizard... Set the animation speed to: 10.
15. Set Customize Optimization Settings with nothing checked. This gives a clean look.
That's it!
