It is so good to have you

with us and I am looking forward to getting to know you. My name is Maggie and I am 57 yrs old, married, and live in Alabama, U.S. I have two grown sons, ages of my sons are 37 and 33 and they are married and I have four grandchildren. I now have my dog Mojo who is my baby...lol...and he is so much fun and so adorable and listens well and gives me so much uncondition love.
The reason I joined this group was because of my hubby I am now married(Second marrige, first marriage lasted 34 yrs) to was and are still having problems and I keep praying for a miracle and that God will give him a heart of love, wisdom, and understanding.
We got married in 2005 and have known each other now for seven years.
I went through so much in 2001 and at the age of 50 my mother died, my hubby of all those years wanted a divorce, and my family turned on me(Long story) and I just wanted to give up and died. So yes I know rejection, cruelty, abuse, and judgment when all I wanted was love, peace and happiness.
I did not understand why??? all of these things were happening to me so yes I said please Dear God help me was my daily plea and have mercy on me and show me thy ways of truth for I was dieing inside.
So in these last seven years my life has been like a rollercoaster and much heartache and pain and the only person who got me through these times was God. So over these last seven years I have shed so many tears, and much depression and sadness over all that has happened to me. Not to even mention my childhood a long story.
So yes God has helped me or I would not be here writing this post. I am having to learn Gods way not mine but his plan for my life and to try and do his will each day the best I can in this trouble and terrible world we live in of sin. I know I will be of sin until I die but each day I just try to get a little closer to God and all his words of truth and waiting for his return which will be a glorious day for sure.
I have been through so much in my lifetime good and bad and this group here is great....I love it...for we all help each other out and give our love, support and prayers to each member.
The managers Brenda, Tammy, Aunty J and Ingrid have done a great job here helping all of us as we grow together as a family and come to know each other on a more personal basic.
It is indeed a Safe Haven for all of us who suffer so much in this world we live in of pain and heartache to come in here and express our thoughts and to know we are going to get help and support and not redicule or judgment.
All of us in here can help each other because we all have lived through so much pain and sadness and we know it is true that God does send angels to help us here in this world.
That is what this group is all about for we are all angels lifting one another up when our load is to heavy to carry and we share in troubles and try to always understand and help mend each other's wings with the love of God that lives in our hearts. Take care and again Welcome
