good morning dee and carol dee sweetheart we both understand how you are feeling you must be heartbroken i feel so sad that it's all come at once for you .please get here when you can but remember that our don would have wanted you to put your mom and yourself first .i don't know about you two but i feel that he is here with us keeping his eye on us so we must stay strong for him .carol you are right he made a lot of Friends .i am convinced we will meet again a friendship we had can't end .i hope you two have a better day and the pain gets easier thats what our man would want . sending a big hug to you and lots of love . |

carol i have just been over to myway and i am so pleased at how thy all thought about our don .he was so respected there but then we know his so well .it's nice to see though . |

This is Sharon and Brian, Don's children, logging on to his computer. We have been reading all of your wonderful and heartfelt messages to each other, and it makes us cry every time. But they are tears of joy, for knowing that his friends care so much about him. We know that for years he's laughed with and loved all of you just like you were family, and we were so pleasantly surprised at the outpouring of affection for him. We know you will miss him as much as we will. Especially to Jenny, Carol, and Dee - please know that we told him very recently that his dear friends on the computer were thinking about him and send love to him. He was happy to hear it, because he always asked someone to keep you updated on his whereabouts. His service is tomorrow morning (Saturday) in the town where our family spent 21 happy years. Please keep him in your hearts; I'll bet you are right that he his watching over us and all of you too.

sharon and brian i want to say so much to you but i am finding it so hard but i want you to know that your dad was the kind and most caring man i have had the privilege to meet and i will always have him in my heart he will be with us as long as i live and i hope that one day i will meet him again in a better place .he will be there waiting for you all and us as well .please know that we will be with you on Saturday in our hearts .please give you mom and the rest of your family my deepest sympathy for the loss of a great man. if i spelled some words wrong he will be saying jen love it doesn't matter to me i understand you very well . bless you love . |

carol i am going to try and get some sleep .i feel as if i have been hit by a truck and my head is throbbing .i just wanted to say good night to you and dee before i go .dee sweetheart i do so hope today has been i bit easier for you .carol and i are thinking of you and don't want you to be unhappy .you know we love you and you to carol i love you .sleep tight my three best Friends and yes i do mean three bless you all . |

Dearest Barb, Sharon and Brian, As Jenny and Carol have already said, your Dad was a kind, helpful, and great man, he helped us all more than we can say! He spoke of you all so often, especially back when we chatted online once in awhile...I haven't known him as long as Jenny has, but I learned to love and respect him as a man and a good Husband and Father! I do know from what he did share with us that he loved you all so much and was so very proud of you all as his cherished family. I want you to know, he'll be in our thoughts always, and we'll always love and remember the kind man that he was and one day we'll all be together in a better place where nobody wil have to suffer again...God be with you all, and may you find a special peace in being together! I know it's what he would have wanted for us all, bless his heart! I appreciate you all keeping us posted on his progress as you could, and everything you've posted to us today! We all appreciate it so much, it was so good of you to leave us that message in your time of sorrow. Again, may God bless and be with you as you go through your day tomorrow, know our thoughts are with you always! Come leave us a post when you can and let us know how you are getting along. Good evening girls, how special that Sharon, Brian and Barb posted that message to us, it was a pleasant and most welcome surprise! I hope you two are doing all right, I know my thoughts are with you all too, we have a special relationship here that nobody can take away from us, and it's all because of our special Don, he gave us this place to share and share it we will, as long as we're here and able to do so! OK??? I love you two so much, and Don Sweetie, rest in peace, we'll be with you tomorrow in our thoughts...Hope you're feeling better Jenny and I hope you are both getting a good night's sleep...I think maybe tonight I'll get some sleep, it's been a hard three days for me, and although I'm far from getting over it, I'm doing some better today...I'm hoping it'll get a bit easier every day that goes by. You all have a good day tomorrow, and Carol, I hope your weather wasn't as bad as it was here in some places last night. It was quite rough all around us last night, what with the high winds, tornadoes, and rain, from what we've heard on the TV today. We could have used some of the rain, but we sure didn't miss getting hit by those awful winds and tonadoes etc...OK, I've rambled on enough, I just wanted to let you know, I'm OK, and check and make sure you two were all right today!
