good afternoon play mates .good for  you love what would we do without you to help us .well not so good a night here so i gave the doc a ring this morning and she said if i was worried to go and see her lol she know i have to be dragged there .anyway i told her what i was doing and she said that there was not a lot more she would be able to do and it might be a bit of asthma that was not helping and the heat so i am keeping out of it .i am not doing very much as it is all done anyway. i do hope you all had a good night and thank you for chat i loved it as always what would i do with out you my Friends slowly go mad lol . so i am sending lots of love and gratitude for being my Friends .

well love i have solved the shopping and put a order in at my supermarket and am having it delivered Friday to my door .then if i need anything i might ask Derek to run me to the shop but i think i have things covered . 

love wolyworld dose if it is the same as here and its not far from you is it .thy will have a on line web sight that you can do it on .i have used it here its asda here but part of wall-mart and it is very good and easy .OK thy put a charge on as dose mine but i do the big stuff when i use it that way i don't have to Carry it on the bus and go in and out for it .

guess we are love going for another record.i was siting having my tea not long ago and i started thinking .there must be a lot of house bound single people around so what do thy do for food shopping and other things over there if there is no one to help or like me that would not want to put on anyone .i think i could manage if i had to but would find it hard to be unable to go out when i wanted to .  OK on a another subject i had my first home grown tomato today lol not that it tasted any different than the shop ones but it has been interesting to see them grow .

carol .it's been hot here to .we was supposed to get a storm today but up till now nothing .i was hoping it would come and cool things down . i hope everything gos es well with the eye exam today . Dee i hope you are alright sweetheart .i loved our chat last night .

hi carol .glad you got sorted out with the glasses .  i am not to bad i have stayed in the living room most of the day with the AC on and i could breath a lot better .i also did not let myself fall asleep so i hope i get a better night .
