good morning all this dull and raining morning so i am staying in not that i feel like going anywhere . i have had a lousy night with backache so it's deep-heat and pane killers today . i think i did to much yesterday still Derek has gone for the week so it's back to just me .that makes it easier . there is not much to do here so i think a nap is on this afternoon . OK thats enough moaning from me  . so how is the weather there better than here i hope hay love i have got my back massager on my chair going it's great and helps .you all have a very good day and get some play in love i hope work goes well for you and you are not to busy . love and hugs coming your way  |

Morning ladies. Just got up a bit ago (9:15)...boy, I'm getting lazy..lol. Can't remember when I slept that good. Yes, Carol, must be close to 70 out there now...got all kinda fans running around here. And I gotta work...chit.
Afternoon, love. Yea, get that kip in sometimes today. I used to have one of those chairs...fact, it was a puter chair. You know, thinking about it, I do believe Bria is using it cause our last flat was too small for it. Hmm, might talk to him about that...lol. Ok, coffees done, brb. |

Good evening, ladies. Yes, another busy and beautiful day today but it's finally over. Heading to WW tomorrow (yay..lol) to try and get a decent men's belt....again. We'll get one one of these days...lol.

Hello all. Ahhh, so sorry to hear that Carol, I'll keep you in my thoughts and you and yours in my prayers. How sad, I guess it is a shock, such a young man! You take care and come back tp us when you're able, OK Sweetie??? We love you lots.. Jenny, sorry to hear about your pain, know how that back can get you down...I'm glad you have the massager on your chair, know it has to feel so good on those spasming muscles...Hope you get to feeling much, much better really soon Sweetie, can't have our favorite "Lady" being down in her back now can we??? Just take it easy as much as you can, let everything go until you're over this thing with your back, OK??? Don't want you to hurt it anymore than it is already, get better soon, love you bunches and sending lots of big hugs...
