Good afternoon all, yes, I'm OK thankfully, it has been so awful here the past 20 or so hours! I mean what the warmer air coming in on top of the cold air that was here, I guess that's what is causing these tornadoes etc...Last night it was scary, thunder and lightning, and tornadoes too, wow! We got some high winds, hard rain, thunder and lightning, but thank goodness, no tornadoes right here too close! In the town not far from us, and on up into a town at a little higher elevation, they got the tornadoes, so many were killed and so many were hurt, it's just an awful thing to have to happen...I hate it when these things happen so close to home, but I'm really thankful that all of my family is OK, none of them were close to the places hit either! Whew, I'm sure you can believe we didn't sleep hardly any last night at all...I would have been on here sooner today, but we had our "Little Man" this morning for a few hours! After not sleepping last night, that was a challlenge, LOL...But we made it, LOL, he is getting to where he does and says some of the cutest things, little stinker that he is!
Jenny Darlin', my surgery isn't until the 18th of Feb, so not to worry, I still have plenty of time, OK? Actually, more time than I wish I had, I'd love to get this done and have it over with...I'm more than ready to be done with all of this discomfort and stress, and ready to get back to some normalcy! OK, just letting you know Sweetie, I read where you couldn't remember, and I don't want you to worry any at all, OK? I'll be fine...
Sharon, as Jenny and Carol and said, do give your Mom our best wishes for a very "Happy Birthday", and I hope she'll enjoy going out to eat with you all too!!! Give her a big hug for me too, OK???
All right ladies, I wanted to let you all know I was all right after all of the bad weather here yesterday and through the night last night...OK?? You all take care, and know I love you all lots and lots! Dee |
