good evening my Friends it's still very cold out .i had eliza for a hour or two today as the kids are on Holiday for easter now and michaela had to work .the boys will be back from spain tomorrow so then jason will look after eliza .we went out this morning fro some fresh air and we was well raped up .lol i fond some long johns that derek got to go fishing in and never used so i put them on and boy how well thy worked .sharon i know how your mom feels only to well you just have to keep moving about as best you can .your dad and i used to talk about how hard it was in the winter and he did as much as he could to help you mom .i do think it's best if you don't sit to long in one place as i tend to stiffen  up . carol you will do very well with the job and everyone will love you as we do .dee i was so pleased that you got your family up to see you and Nolan  slept in your arm's it has been so long since he could do that i know you loved that .i am so happy that you are getting so well . my cough is getting better as well i have been sleeping most of the night now well apart from the usual trips to the loo lol still i do feel better for that . ok now i am going to have a look round the net then some tv with jay jay so you all have a lovely night and stay warm my Friends love you all lots and lots .
