hi carol good to see you sweetie and no there was not to much damage i think i got to it Farly fast the carpets are dry now .i was glad i got that new carpet cleaner last week as i could suck a lot of the water up .there is a bit of damage on the wall in the hall but i will fix that on wednesday lol i know what you are thinking but i can't stand looking at it that will be fun  on the hole i think i got off pretty lucky and it seems to have done it good as it's working a lot better ..
