good afternoon all dee sweetheart i do hope you are feeling a lot better today we don't want you in pain now do we .i am a lot better today my back is a lot better . i got my t.e.m.s machine on and that helps a lot .i just might get out tomorrow for some fresh air . sharon and carol are you two ok as it sounds as if is as cold there as here .winter is coming in fast so please try and keep warm as i am .i don't seem to be having any problems with here i guess i am lucky . big warm hugs and a big kiss coming over the pond to you my Friends .
