2 - 15 ounce cans Chunk Pineapple (pour off and reserve juice)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 sleeve ritz or townhouse crackers
1/2 stick butter or margarine (1/4 cup melted)

Butter a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and pour in pineapple chunks. Mix together the sugar and pineapple, then sprinkle over pineapple. Dribble 6 to 8 tablespoons of the reserved juice over all. Now, cover with shredded cheese, crackers, and then melted butter. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.

(Jenny, townhouse or ritz crackers are buttery tasting crackers, not just regular saltine crackers.)
