ok .i didn't put any garlic in mine as dess dosen't like it and i made it with 1/2 vegetable stock and 1/2 milk lol no i didn't make it .i use knorr veg stock granules thay make a low salt one now and i have a hand blender which i used as we like a smooth soup but as you can see you don't have to do that .i let it go cold and put it in the frig .then when i warmed it up i swealed (sp) a bit if cream in it and served it with croutons .enjoy .i have to say i was having a mug of it with a sandwich at lunch time . i am going to make some more on monday .lol .
Jenny, I do the same thing you do, I play with a recipe until I get it the way we like it...That's the best way to do it, I don't think there is anyone that has the same likes and dislikes, everybody is different...You just have to work with a recipe until it's the way you want it to be...You've given me some ideas though to start with...LOL Thanks again for getting it on here so quickly for me...You're something else woman!!!
