diabetic recipe
this is for 1                   1cup left over mashed potato
                                    1/2 cup any green veg,cabbage , etc.
                     this is a traditional english dish is usually made with leftover
                     mashed potatatoes and left over cooked cabbage of  veg.
                     smash everything together breaking down the green or other veg.
                     add the egg and mix  well add any seasoning you like eg.salt and
                     peper.fry in serving size patties till golden on both side and seve
                     as you like with any meat .

LOL, luv it still, Jen....sounds like good old fashioned "potatoe cakes" that my mum used to make us to get rid of leftover mashies. Gotta try it with the veggies and egg.
