1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 stick Margarine (melted)
1 egg
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish. Mix well the above ingredients. The mixture will be very thick, pat it into the pan/dish.
1 - 8 ounce package Cream Cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 3/4 cups of Powdered Sugar
Mix these ingredients together well, (I use a mixer to beat it all together) and pour over the top of the other mixture you have patted into the pan/dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. The top will be a golden brown, and it thickens as it bakes.
