You may burn a copy of them to a CD for your own personal use. Under no circumstances may any image or component thereof be resold as part of any clip art or stock art collection. I find the tube groups have few morals and it is only a matter of time until I am accused of stealing my own work that has been claimed by another if they are passed through the groups. If you wish to send a link to my site through the groups that is fine.

I have received many requests for permission to use my artwork. Here is my general policy on that.
You may use the images currently on my site for non-profit, personal use. (That means that there may come a day when I create images I will not grant permission to use, even if it is for non-profit, personal use.) A link to my site on the image (or on your site or in your group) is optional. (I'm told this is important with MSN groups.) All that is required is that my copyright appear on the image itself. (Please note the spelling. Some people get it wrong.) People have asked about such things as tubing and adding sparkles. That is fine. See item #2 below. There are three things in particular that I do not allow without explicit, written permission. (These are the only things that have come up. There could be more in the future if the need arises.) -
I do not grant (and have never granted) permission to create an archive of all or part of my work. That is, the originals are to appear on my site only. (An exception to that would be showing one of my original images in the context of a tutorial.) -
When you alter my work, it must be clear that an alteration has been made. So, for example, since I don't use sparkles, any image that has sparkles is clearly not the original. Changing the background is also OK. -
In contrast to #2, I do not permit subtle changes to the figure in the image, such as changes in the color of eye, hair or outfits. The vast majority of requests I have received are from PSP groups, and for the usage requested in those cases, all three of these points are moot. People want to change the background, add sparkles, and make all sorts of creative embellishments. That is fine, because it draws a clear line between the original art and the modified version. If you have questions about this, feel free to write for clarification.

own systems. Please, though, keep in mind she has worked hard on all of these pieces
so we ask that you do a link back to this page or give her proper credit. We ask that you
please follow these simple rules and conditions:
An individual can display her graphics as long as it's for personal, non-commercial,
non-profit use.
Please use the images sparingly, It's perfectly fine for decoration, to display your
favorites, the ones you've purchased, ones that match your RPG characters, etc. It is
not cool to duplicate her web site!
Please don't link directly to the images on my site. Copy the images you want to your
webspace directory and link to them there.
If you wish to use one of Lee's images for a profit making venture please contact us
and we will be happy to negotiate a contract with you or let you know how much the

I’m a member of a MSN/Paint Shop Pro group. Can I have the permission to use your pictures for my graphic artworks? I've just gave the permission to use my work for no profit artworks to other groups like yours. If you put all the credits needed, it's ok. It's enough putting these terms: © ScarletGothica and www.scarletgothica.com or [email protected]. You can tube or recolorize, make tags, tutorials, templates, frame, avatars, banners and other similar stuff only if all this is no profit, not for print and with all copyrights terms showed.

My requirements are that you place a © Sharon George on EACH image, along with a text link to http://www.fantasy-goddess-art.com . I make a living (of sorts) selling my prints online and appreciate the reciprocal traffic to my site. My only other requirement is that you send me an email letting me know your site's url and that you are using my art for NON PROFIT FUN. If you wish to use one of the banners above for a special thanks to the artists page, please do, but a banner is not required. All of the following are permitted AS LONG AS it's non profit and my requirements are met:

You may burn a copy of them to a CD for your own personal use, but not distribute or sell this CD. Under no circumstances may any image or component thereof be resold as part of any clip art collection. Also you can not share the tubes themselves through "tube groups". I prefer people come to my site to download the tubes, where they can clearly see my terms. You can however share tags, web sets, premades, Incredimail etc. that you create from the tubes in groups. If you wish to send a link to my site through the groups with a tag you created that is great. You are allowed to sell images as tubes as long as they have been significantly altered, meaning you have adding other tubes to the image, painted the image so that it is significantly different or adding your own art to it. When you do this you must have a link to my site on the page these images are offered (or if selling on a Poser site such as 3dCommune please have credit to me in the read me along with my URL). And you need to have purchased a download license from me, info for this license is available in the members area. Still unsure? (forum avatars, wallpapers, signature tags, etc.)
But please read pictures description first! Some of them sold or contain not my own characters and not available for use.
