Here is a table we can add all the promo groups we're in and if we have an ad on them.  I've joined that last one and another one today (forgot its name pmpl) I'll add when I've put an ad on them, just copy and paste the table and we'll know where we're up to. The last column is left incase we need to add any comments. The one site does it but I've not been very active so think I'll say a bit before I promote on it.
