I'm not sure how to do it all myself, management part is tougher to figure out. I have no idea how to find your groups either, if your manager they are there but if you're a member I'm not sure. Ask on topic database they'll probably know.
I will have a look to see about tools. Fed up too, what a pain in the bum!!! Wish they'd done it during the summer, hate the thought of this all over Christmas!
