The ones that are for download aren't for yuku but for ezboard or whatever its called. This way is the way to do it. There is no need for us to email. There are two ways we could do it.
Put the instructions on the site with maybe a screen shot thing to show you what to do (its pretty easy once you've done it once but for the newbies) and then all you need to do is have a post with the code to copy like I've put on yuku wk.
The first option is to put the forum with the background on it to show it, apparently you can have as many as you want but if we came to a limit we start another group and put links to that group so no problem. Then when you get to the forum there is a thread with the code on it, they don't have to ask they can just copy it.
Second option is to put the thread with the code on but only members can take it so they can look but have to join to take it.
Third option is to have two threads on each forum, one open with a request thread and the second with the code, if someone requests we just go to the admin and let them view that thread. Or can email it to them once requested.
I think if you have two threads, one to comment or say anything in each forum (a thank you thread if you like) then the other thread which is only open to members we allow to join in to take the code. So once they've joined they can access any of the codes.
