Tart with the ricotta, salmon and peas

Ingredients:

  • 400g of frozen puff pastry
  • 200g of salmon fillet
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 250g of ricotta
  • 80g of frozen peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 70g of emmental grated
  • nutmeg
  • a little chive for decoration
  • salt, pepper
Preparation:

Thaw out the pastry according to the instructions.

Cut out 4 circles and put into the buttered moulds. Cut salmon in slices. Mix milk with the ricotta, eggs and cheese. Salt, pepper and add a little nutmeg. Lay out salmon and peas on the pies and pour the mixture with eggs above. Let cook in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 30 min. Decorate some chives.
