Preparation:
Thaw out the pastry according to the instructions.
Cut out 4 circles and put into the buttered moulds. Cut salmon in slices. Mix milk with the ricotta, eggs and cheese. Salt, pepper and add a little nutmeg. Lay out salmon and peas on the pies and pour the mixture with eggs above. Let cook in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 30 min. Decorate some chives.
