Why buy liquid plant feed when you can make your own for free at home and they are both totally organic.
  1. Fresh urine diluted 1;10 parts water.
  2. Nettle feed pick a bucket full of nettles top up with water and cover leave to brew for 2-3 weeeks then use diluted 5;10 parts water.

Never tried the urine lol but the nettle feed is really good. karen xx

if you want to grow summer crops in grow bags you could boost your crop by putting two grow bags on ow bags , top of each other, with holes cut in the top bag tro match holes in the lower bag.
you can do this for cucumbers, melons, tomatoes, peppers and aubergines.
because you are doubling the ammount of compost not only is there more root growth but also there is less risk of the soil drying out.
