POW is a self help group for women who have suffered or are suffering abuse of any kind whether physical or mental etc. We offer support, advice, experience, friendship, a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen, no matter how big or small you may think the problem is. We are a group of women who have gone from being strangers, to friends, to family. We will never judge and will always help and support you in any way we can.
