~Fried Grits~
- 6 servings of grits
- small amount of butter
Cook your grits according to pkg instructions. Pour cooked grits into a loaf pan. Cool slightly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut chilled grits into 12 slices. Pan fry over medium heat in a small amount of butter in a cast iron skillet until golden brown, about 10 minutes per side. Serve with gravy or syrup.
