4 lbs (about 12 to 15) small new potatoes, scrubbed and peeled
2 cans cream soup (celery, cheese, chicken, or mushroom)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
Place washed potatoes in crock-pot.
Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Cover and cook on Low 5 to 6 hours.
Serves 12.
