Description This makes a great low-cal, low-fat dessert. Perfect for the diabetic with a sweet tooth!
Ingredients 1 angel food cake 1 box (4 servings) of instant vanilla pudding (fat free) 1 qt. of fresh strawberries 1 container of Cool Whip Lite
Directions Break up angel food cake into pieces (about 1 - 2 inch pieces) and put on bottom of a shallow Pyrex dish. Cut strawberries into quarters, placing half on top of angel food cake. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour pudding over cake and strawberries. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with remaining strawberries. NOTE: Take some of the fat out by using fat free milk when mixing the pudding.
