Cream Cheese-Pecan Frosting #2
Cream together:
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
4 tbsps. softened butter or margarine
Beat in:
1 tsp. vanilla, dash of salt
Gradually add:
2 1/2 cups sifted, powdered sugar;
Blend in well.
Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans
