~Cranberry Salad~ - 1 orange, grated with peel
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, crushed
- 1 small can pineapple, crushed
- 1 pkg cherry jello
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup English walnuts
- 1 cup hot water
Crush cranberries. Add orange, pineapple, nuts and sugar. Mix well. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add to salad. Spray mold with Pam. Pour salad mixture into mold. Chill in fridge overnight. Place mold in pan of warm water for 1 minute. Invert in bed of lettuce leaves. |
