Italian Vegetable Saute - 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cloved garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 1 TBSp light margarine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons, (optional)
in skillet over medium heat, saute peppers, garlic and seasoning in margarine for 5 minutes. add tomatoes. cook 2 to 4 minutes. sprinkle with croutons serves 4; 52 calories; 3 grams fat |
