PineApple Chicken - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can unsweet, crushed pineapple
- 2 TBSp cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp pepper
in large resealable ziplock back, combine pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper then add chicken. leal bag and turn to coat the chicken. refridgerate for 30 minutes. place mixture in backing dish sprayed with cooking spray. cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. serves 6; 149 calories; 1 gram fat; 1 gram fiber |
