Peach Cobbler
- 3 cp canned peaches, no sugar added kind
- 1 cup flour
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup juice from the canned peaches
- 4 TBSP light margarine
melt margarine in bottom of baking dish. mix flour, baking powder, salt and juice in seperate bowl. pour batter on melted margarine. spoon peaches onto the batter. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
