~Stuffed Pepper~ - 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- grated cheese
Cut peppers in half, lengthwise. Romve seeds. Drop in boiling water to cover and cook slightly, only 2 or 3 monutes. Drain. Brown beef and onion together. Mix with tomato sauce and rice; season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees till peppers are done, about 20-25 minutes. Serve with sauce from pan. |
