~Cracker Barrel Hash-Brown Casserole~
- 1 - 2lb bag of frozen hash-brown potatoes*
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup grated Colby cheese
*Thawed a bit and broken with a fork
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray a 12 x 4 inch baking pan or a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese. Gently mix in the hash-brown potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
