~Tuna Casserole~ - 1 pkg wide egg noodles
- 1 large can tuna, drained
- 1 small can mushrooms; sliced and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg Alfedo sauce (dry)
- 1 tsp salt
- margarine
Cook noodles according to pkg directions, drain, rinse and set aside. In a small saucepan place cream of chicken soup, milk and alfedo sauce; heat until thick stirring constantly. In a large casserole dish put noodles; tuna and mushrooms. Pour soup mixture over above ingredients and add salt, mix well. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered with lid or foil. |
