~Zesty Mac & Cheese~ - 1 1/2 cps uncooked elbow mac
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 1 can rotel
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain mac noodles. Put noodles in baking dish; set aside. In medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until mix is smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk; heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Add cheese and rotel. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over mac and stir to combine. Bake uncovered 30 minutes |
