~Sweet-n-Sour Chicken~ - 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 3/4 cp sweet-n-sour sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 3 cups cut up veggies (carrots, onion, bell pepper and broccoli)
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
Cook chicken in large skillet till done. Add sauce and garlic salt, 1 1/4 cup water and veggies. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with pineapple. |
