ORIENTAL BRUNCH SALAD
1 head lettuce or Romaine
1 bag fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts
1 egg for every 2 people, hard boiled
& crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, drained
Bacon, crumbled over top
DRESSING:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Juice of one lemon
Grated onion to taste
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
Mix and serve with salad.
