~Italian Vegetable Saute~ - 3 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1-1 1/2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 TBSP butter
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup seasoned croutons
In skillet, saute peppers, garlic and seasoning in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook for 3 to 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with croutons. |
